Q1. Can you produce according to datasheet drawing or samples?

Yes, we’re making customized production according to datasheet drawings or samples.

Q2. Do you require MOQ?

No, we don’t require MOQ, but price would be different for small orders and large orders.

Q3.How long is your lead time?

It depends. Normally our lead time is 30days after deposit received. It could be faster if we have stocks or for simple products, and it could be slowly if the products are complicated. Roughly production time is 30-90days.

Q4.Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most of the documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance and other export documents where required.

Q5.What’s the coating thickness of your CVD coated products?

Standard coating thickness of CVD SiC coated is 100um and 40um for TaC coating.

Q6.Can you manufacture CVD-SiC coated on SiC base material?

Yes, we’ll need more information about the working temperature, working conditions, gas atmosphere, application etc.

Q8.Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

Q9.How do you control your quality?

We have been monitoring from raw materials to the whole production processes and uses various advanced testing instruments to ensure the quality stability.

Q10.How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
